About LiVo

LiVo is a platform that streamlines and enhances the renting and management of coliving properties.

It was born from its founders’ own need—Diego and Kevin—to rent a room that was more than just a room (with access to shared spaces such as a kitchen, laundry, etc.), close to the university, and affordable.

Over time, as they learned from the market, they expanded the model from Lima to Mexico.

LiVo was backed by UTEC Ventures and operated in Mexico City—in the Polanco, Roma, and Condesa neighborhoods.

About Pausiva

Pausiva grew out of a deeply personal turning point. Kevin’s mother suffered from persistent headaches; despite visiting multiple doctors, no lasting solution emerged. One Friday, a severe migraine led to bleeding and an emergency visit. That was the moment Kevin realized that if a solution didn’t exist, he would create it. After researching the problem in depth, Pausiva was born.

Pausiva is Peru’s first digital clinic specializing in treating symptoms associated with the hormonal changes of perimenopause and menopause. The mission is to deliver evidence‑based care, timely diagnosis, and accessible treatment so women don’t have to resign themselves to “the aches of age.” Along the way, Kevin teamed up Rosa—an obstetrician and administrator deeply committed to patient care—and they’ve been working together ever since.
